• Experience and skills necessary for board level positions, which may include, but not limited to, prior board or nonpro1t experience, professional leadership, etc. Additionally, demonstration of skills consistent with the needs of the board, including fundraising, project management, nance, governance, etc.
  

• Ability to provide diverse perspectives and bring an open mind to the work while maintaining nonpartisan engagement and contribution
  

• Adherence to integrity, transparency, diligence, excellence, collegiality, inclusivity, and team playing
  

• Must be willing to go through a background check

All application materials will be reviewed and evaluated by the Governance and Nominations Committee of the Friends of the EDTF Board, which makes recommendations of final nominees to be voted upon by the Board.
